Returns Policy

Returns

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund. We may be able to offer a credit if the product is undamaged, with tags. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected we notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We offer $15 credit toward your next purchase if you choose to a store credit rather than a refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, please contact us at info@hedgenewyork.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. Please send a photograph of the damage immediately when it is opened within 1 day of delivery to info@hedgenewyork.com. We will send you a return label for the damaged item and replace the item with no shipping cost to you.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be e-mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

What can be returned?

  • Any clothing item that is unworn, unwashed and has original tags intact.
  • Items may be returned for a refund less shipping within 18 days of purchase.
  • A small restocking fee may apply.
  • Items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase.

What cannot be returned?

  • Embroidered and custom items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Items that are returned without using the portal below will not be refunded.
  • Items shipped to our address without first processing the return through our portal will not be refunded.
  • Items that are worn, washed, or without original tags intact, as well as items that are damaged by makeup stains, are not eligible.
